What should I do if I can't use the bot?

The first thing to do is read the section of the documentation relating to your problem. If, despite this, you cannot resolve your problem, then do not hesitate to ask questions on the Support Discord.

Where can I make a request/suggestion?

Bug reports, suggestions and any other requests go to the Support Discord. Just like changelogs and announcements. A ticket system is available to contact us easily and without sharing your problem with the community.

Do I have to pay to use CharacterWeaver?

No, CharacterWeaver is totally free. You can use every features without paying for a subscription. It is important to note that even though the bot is free, each feature that uses artificial intelligence consumes credits (Look at the section)

How do AI-credits work?

Each time your server use AI system, it will consume some AI credits depending on your usage. We implemented this system to prevent abuses given that AI interactions cost us money.

You can easily increase your credits for FREE by voting for us on top.gg, this is a very simple way to support the project without spending money. This can be done using the command /checkvote. Note that every users on your servers can vote & execute the command, each vote bring 1.500 credits to your server.
